“送龙迎蛇”张辉萍师生新年迎春晚会隆重举行

张辉萍声乐艺术中心"送龍迎蛇"中国新年師生新春聯歡晚會已於日前(二零一三年二月二日星期六)假太古金王朝成功舉行.  當晚出席的同學及來賓有三百人, 座無虛席, 衣香鬢影, 塲靣熱鬧.

這次晚會是中心継去年十二月的圣诞聯歡之後三個月內所舉辦的叧一個大型活動.  雖然時間緊迫, 但所有同學都非常努力, 夙夜不懈, 為今次晚會筹備和排練, 終於不負眾望, 在短短六個星期, 為所有同學及來賓呈獻上一個有四十多項節目, 載歌載舞, 充满传统新年節日氣氛的晚上.

在四十多項節目當中, 除了如慣往一樣, 有不同類型, 不同風格的歌唱之外, 大會还特別為所有同學及來賓安排了三個不同風格, 不同意義的舞蹈:  有应節的“金蛇狂舞”; 有現正瘋魔全球, 充满活力的江南舞(Gangnam Style), 更有流行於六七十年代的阿哥哥舞(“难兄难弟”), 藉此為所有同學及來賓帶來截然不同覌感的視聽娛樂.更透過傳統的接财神為所有出席者送來好運.

張輝萍老師的壓軸演岀毫無疑問是整晚的高潮.  張老師為晚會唱了三首歌曲：充满新年氣氛的"好日子", 輕鬆愉快的"今夜无眠"以及與所有演岀者合唱的零八北京奧運主題曲之一的"天空".  而晚會亦在張老師柔揚悦耳的百靈鳥歌声之中圆滿閉幕.

The Centre's party to celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Snake was successfully held last Saturday (Feb. 2) in the Golden Regency Restaurant at the Pacific Mall.

This was another major event that the Centre organized in a short span of two months, following the Christmas party held on December 15, 2012.  In spite of the crunch of time, the organizing committee and the students selected to perform managed to put on a very impressive show, thanks largely to their diligence and devotion.

The party included a total of close to 40 performance items.  It deserved a special note that in addition to singing, the programme also featured 3 dances particularly arranged for the occasion: the Snake Dance to mark the beginning of a new year, the currently highly popular Gangnam-style dance and the A-Go-Go dance that was so hit in the 1960s and 70s.  The organizing committee also made arrangements for the attendance of the God of Fortune in the hope that he would bring along with him good wishes and prosperity to all of the participants in the year to come.

The highlight of the party was without an element of doubt Ms Rose Zhang's performance.  She again mesmerized the attendees with the songs she performed, one of which was presented in conjunction with all the performers i.e. "The Sky", the theme song of the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
